Your gift will create a lasting future for Schenley Park by endowing a garden maintenance position, named in your honor, to keep the flowers blooming, the trees pruned and the fountains flowing throughout the Plaza and the park’s interior.

Name the Schenley Plaza Oval, including seasonal tent - $250,000
The Oval is the iconic heart of Schenley Plaza. Paved in engraved bricks recognizing park supporters, the Oval is the main stage for entertainment, programming, private events, and shaded seating. The Oval’s tent is strikingly contemporary and unique to Pittsburgh.  The open, sweeping peak points the way to Schenley Park.

Name the Promenade - $75,000
Thousands of Pittsburgh locals and visitors travel the grand promenade, which stretches through Schenley Plaza via the Schenley Plaza Oval. Your gift will give a name to this wide, inviting walkway that connects the hub of Oakland to Schenley Park.

Garden beds - $5,000 to $15,000, depending on size
The gardens along Forbes Avenue are adorned with ornate horticulture and Spanish cedar benches that create natural garden “rooms” where visitors can relax and enjoy lush greenery and flowers in an urban setting.  Your gift will be recognized with a plaque set among the gardens that offer spring, summer and fall flower displays for ever-changing beauty.

Sponsor a Bench - $10,000 (large semicircular bench), $3,000 (straight bench)
The formal garden rooms that line the Forbes Avenue side of Schenley Plaza contain exquisitely handcrafted Spanish cedar benches.  The benches are available in two sizes: The large semicircular bench, which seats up to 10 people, and the smaller straight benches, which seat up to four people. Sponsor a bench and your gift will be recognized with a tasteful donor plaque on the bench itself.

Planters - $1,200 to $5,000, depending on size
Large, graceful urns and planters punctuate Schenley Plaza with seasonal flower displays.  Your gift will be recognized with a plaque on a special planter that you can personally select.

Engrave a Brick - $250
The large oval at the center of the Plaza is paved with elegant bricks that can be engraved with your name or in honor or in memory of someone you love.

Sponsor a Chair - $175
Schenley Plaza is noted for the movable chairs on the lawn available for the enjoyment of park users. What a great gift for a birthday, a graduation or just to help support the parks.
